  The older lady who works here is BRUTAL!!! Cant remember her name, don’t think she even told me it actually! She started out by washing my hair in cold water! Then I asked for a trim I wanted to keep my length and just get rid of the dead ends, she continued to cut over an inch of a chuck off and show me and ask “How about that?” I said I only want the dead stuff off, when she cut my hair she parted it in the middle I told her I part my hair to my left side, she said “I know it will look fine” so after cutting it and parting it the right way I could see that there was chucks of my hair that was shorter than the rest, I had no layers nor did I ask for any! I am not an expert at hair I will be the first to admit that but I do know that she did an awful job now my hair is short and if I wanted to get it fix I will have to get more taken off!!! I don’t even want to style my hair anymore just wear a hat wherever I go because it is that bad!!!! Don’t go to this place!!! I will never ever be back!!! She butchered my hair!!!
